DJA Technology Distribution Plan

As we close out the year, it will be necessary for those of you who “checked-out” a laptop for virtual learning to check it back in.  Please look at the procedure below and help us in getting the equipment back to school inventory.

The date we selected for laptop return is Tuesday, May 26. Please look at the schedule below to prepare so that this will be a smooth, safe event. Parents, please make sure you allow enough time for the check-in process.  The Network Manager will have to actually turn the computer on to make sure it does not need any repairs. In addition, he will have to scan the computer back into inventory. It is important to understand that this will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

  • 9:00AM – 10:00AM – Last name begins with A-H (all grades)
  • 10:15AM – 11:15AM –  Last name begins with I-N (all grades)
  • 11:30AM -12:30PM –  Last name begins with O- Z (all grades)

Please stay in your car and follow the directions of the adults supervising. Thank you for your cooperation! If for some reason you cannot meet this schedule, please call the school and make an appointment.
