Distribution of electronic devices to students in need will take place beginning Wednesday April 1st for families who already responded to the district surveyindicating that they do not have an electronic device at home. As per the district guidance, 8th grade student will be first.

Devices will be distributed via a drive-through method at the front walker gate at the school. Parents are asked to please stay in their cars. Students must be with their parents to receive a device. Parents and students will be asked to complete a Technology Agreement form that will include student’s name, student’s ID, student’s signature, parent’s name, and parent’s signature. It is highly recommended that students bring their Student Id.

Please see the schedule to aide in quick distribution. Remember, this is for families who already responded to the district survey to indicate that they do not have an electronic device at home:

8th Grade Only: Wednesday April 1st from 10:00AM-12:00PM

  • A-H- 10:00-10:30
  • I-N-10:40-11:10
  • O-Z- 11:20-11:50

7th Grade Only: Thursday April 2nd from 10:00AM-12:00PM

  • A-H- 10:00-10:30
  • I-N-10:40-11:10
  • O-Z- 11:20-11:50

6th Grade Only: Friday April 3rd from 10:00AM-12:00PM

  • A-H- 10:00-10:30
  • I-N-10:40-11:10
  • O-Z- 11:20-11:50

If a student’s family did not respond to the district survey but need an electronic device, they will need to email  NM0311@polk-fl.net.

Devices are restricted to one per family.
